| The Thermo Scientific Power Range Channel provides reliable neutron flux measurement from 0% to 200% reactor power. It can accept a nominal detector current value range of 8uA to 2mA at 200% power. We have supplied both dual (upper and lower) Uncompensated Ion Chamber (UIC) and dual Guarded Fission Chamber-based Power Range Detector Assemblies. We have also supplied three section (upper, middle, and lower) Guarded Fission Chamber Safety Channel Detector Assemblies. Our systems use multiple-section detector assemblies and are completely qualified for 1E Safety-Related applications. |
